He places an emphasis on quality in the level of service provided by all City inspectors, while keeping the life safety of Atlanta citizens at the forefront of the inspections process. As a result, in December of 2020 Tim was selected by the previous Chief to assume the role as Interim Chief, upon his retirement. She has served as Chief Building Official (CBO) for the City of Johns Creek and the City of Fayetteville. Kimberly has more than 30 years experience in the building and construction field.
